System-wide inventory · 2026-08-21
Every build or project found across the workspace — assistants, apps, engines, and infrastructure — pulled from the canonical project registry, the assistants spec, and a direct scan of every project folder. Tasks and subtasks aren't listed here, only the builds themselves.
One system, five faces — Nick's own words. This is what he named as "Skippy, Gracie, Neeko."
Skippy
Nick's own chief of staff — files, calendar, task boards, messaging, real errands, background jobs, voice.
Gracie
My wife's identical assistant. 53 of 241 capability rows wired as of 2026-08-21; her calendar bug (writing into mine) is fixed.
Neeko
The same assistant scoped to the H&S team — renamed from "Nico" on 2026-08-09. Most rows built; the business errand-ordering relay is built but not switched on.
Wall-E
Our son's own companion inside the kids' app. Live, but the safety features (no-reassurance rule, repetition detector) are built and NOT yet turned on.
Eeva
Our daughter's companion, same app. Same status as Wall-E — live, safety layer built but not deployed.
Mission Control
The three-screen live view of every account/thread, voice chat with the assistants, and live task dispatch. A real bug was just found: dispatched work is getting stuck in the queue.
Kanban / Work Board
Fully automated project-management board where agents track and move their own cards. Backend built and tested; the visible card display isn't built yet.
The Universe
One consolidated memory engine meant to eventually hold everything — health, business, family, coach profiles, project management. Late-stage; health-question accuracy currently measured at 52.4% (other domains score higher). The earlier budget blocker is cleared — what's left now is sequencing the remaining test batches.
Check-Audit
Newest build, worked today. Scans the whole fleet of automated safety checks for ones that can never actually fail. Found 5 security-critical checks that are hollow — diagnosis is done, the actual repair hasn't started.
H&S Unified App ("The Hub")
Replaces Monday/GHL/PandaDoc/Time Doctor with one internal app. Deploy pipeline live for some parts; six rows still open.
HyperProfits (the new business)
Nick's new venture — the offer is decided, the delivery model is still being designed.
Value Visualizer ("The Web")
Client savings calculator, live at hs-value-web.pages.dev. Just needs refinement.
business-vault
Encrypted team credential store for Dean/Mae/DinDin.
Xero accounting integration
Reads live; writes are intentionally kept in dry-run.
Business fact freshness engine
Tracks the age of every business fact so nothing stale gets quoted as current.
Website (heroesandsidekicks.io)
The current live public site.
Website CMS
In-app editor for the site's copy — replaced the old edit-request queue entirely.
Website v3
A fully rebuilt front page, own design system. Built and ready to deploy — not live yet.
Website reskin
Plan to reskin the public site into the Hub's look and feel.
Website v4 concept
A homepage concept directed by my wife. A mockup only — not built, not a decision yet.
GHL exit / site hosting move
Deployed to its new host; the DNS switch-over is the one step left, and it needs Nick.
Booking pages
Booking pages for Dean, DinDin, and general scheduling.
Team Evolution deck
The AI/role-evolution slide deck for the team.
H&S Database (Mae's)
Ruled as the new source of truth on 2026-08-19. The engine hasn't been switched over to read from it yet.
Business coach-profiles (feeds Neeko)
Distilled thinking from Nick's business mentors, actively being fed in.
Recruiting / sourcing / ATS
Planned for DinDin's hiring work. Designed, not built — Nick wants to shape the plan first.
Client margin dashboard
Per-client profit/health view. Stalled — the file it was meant to build on went stale.
Brand book (rebrand 2026-08)
H&S is mid-rebrand; the old brand book is retired, the new one is the active replacement.
Email broadcasts
Group email tool for the business. Built and tested, but nothing actually sends yet — no email credentials wired in.
H&S business dashboard
Standalone dashboard. Retired — nothing reads it anymore.
Health engine / spine
The structured brain behind every health answer — actively engineered, serving real answers today.
Health-engine visualizer
Shows how the health engine actually works.
The Health Story
Nick's health narrative page — regenerates automatically every time the engine updates.
Health Command Center
Older standalone health dashboard.
Health v2 / holistic tracker
Earlier tracker attempt. Retired — explicitly not to be rebuilt.
Skippy App (core)
The main assistant application itself — deployed and under constant active development.
Family App
Installable family home base — health, business, calendar, to-dos. See the flag above: registry says idle, reality says it's the most active build right now.
Family Vault
Nick-only encrypted records store (IDs, tax info).
Skippy School (learning app)
Our kids' daily lesson app, home to Wall-E and Eeva. Runs on a weekly cadence.
Installable family app ("Live Free Love Free")
Native install wrapper for the family app. Configured — needs Nick at a Mac with Xcode to finish.
Kokoro voice service
The standard text-to-speech engine behind the assistants' voices.
Household finance
Personal-finance engine, live and feeding the family app.
Family budget tracker
Built and live earlier this year — the workstream is currently parked.
Kids' check-in button
Our kids' "how I'm feeling" check-in, tested end to end.
Our Son's List
Printable sit-down task sheet for our son.
Casa checklist
Spanish-language house work checklist for the Mexico property.
Family videos
Home-movie editing project pulling from Nick's Drive archive.
Future-Self
"Second brain" replacing the old running to-do lists.
Skippy Transcribe
Drop-a-file transcription tool, running as a watched folder.
Deploy Runner
The queue that runs deploys/commands so nobody has to run them by hand. Used daily.
My Wife's Morning Pipeline
Her daily personalized morning message pipeline.
Anniversary card
Web card for our anniversary. Content is essentially final.
Beach / cenote tracker
"Where should I go today" tool for local beaches and cenotes. Briefed — not clearly built yet.
Media server (Plex)
Home movie/TV server on the Mac Mini. Fully documented and build-ready.
Kid Detectives podcast
My wife's AI-narrated kids' story podcast.
Meditation Studio
Guided-meditation audio tool, part of the audio tooling set.
The machinery that runs everything else, not shared code libraries.
Skippy Jobs (job daemon)
Runs scheduled work on a cron, no AI judgment needed — cheaper and more reliable than a full session.
Ecosystem Audit Team
Ten specialist auditors that check the whole system for problems on a schedule.
Ecosystem Visualizer
An interactive map of the entire setup.
Desk Layout restore
One command puts every window back where it belongs after a restart.
Machine-load monitor
Checks CPU/memory/disk on both Macs three times a day.
Mistake ledger
Every mistake gets logged with its fix — feeds new hard rules.
Retired-rulings detector
Finds documents that never got the memo when a ruling changed.
Cross-machine message drop
Bridge between the two household Macs. One direction is proven; the reverse isn't yet.
Prompt Expander
Rewrites prompts with extra retrieved context before they run. Built and wired in, but hasn't yet proven it's actually useful.
Git migration ("everything off my Mac")
Moving all code/data into git repos. Direction is settled — nothing has actually moved yet.
Scheduled-work migration
Plan for where recurring jobs should live long-term. Plan only — nothing built or moved.
New-Mac setup
A map for getting a fresh Mac plugged in and running. The map is done; the one-command installer is deliberately not built yet.
Team Build Hub (Google Drive)
Shared drive for team-facing build files.
biz-inbox
Old business task-inbox queue. Explicitly retired — replaced by the newer working-tier system.
